Binding is square and tightly bound; pages are unmarked. In a dust jacket that is a little rubbed and wrinkled at its edges, especially at its spine ends and corners. No. 11 of a limited edition of 200 presentation copies, signed by Minister of Northern Affairs Leo Bernier on a special page bound in at the start of the book. Many black-and-white and some color illustrations. Dust jacket is in a clear plastic protector.
